White iPhones Coming February 27?

When the iPhone 4 was released, it was said that there was going to be both a black one, and a white one. Unfortunately, apple failed to release the white iPhone 4, since the manufacturing companies that they used could not recreate the same shade of white. Apple originally said that you would be able to buy one soon, but since then we haven't heard much about the matter.

According to an Engadget post, the iPhone 4 (white) has appeared in Vodafone Germany's inventory system. This means that the white iPhone 4 could be shipping some time soon. Mac Rumors also did an article on this, pointing out that the white iPhone 4 may be coming out on February 27, according to Best Buy's records. It will be interesting to see what happens with the release of the iPhone 5, since some people will have just bought their white iPhone 4s!
